About Our Founder

Adv. ManiKaran Sharma started his professional journey in New Delhi, India where he worked with various eminent litigation advocates and got exposed to different branches of law such as matrimonial law, property law, corporate law, civil law, criminal law and appeared before most of the tribunals & courts whether that is Supreme Court of India, High Court, District Courts (Civil, criminal & family), Consumer Courts, Debt recovery tribunals, Company Law Board (now NCLT), Arbitral Tribunals etc.

That while working with distinguished advocates having different styles of practicing, appearing before a variety of courts & tribunals and due to exposure to different branches of law, he learned to see any legal issue or problem from various perspectives and give the best possible solution to the client, which is simple, balanced & realistic.

He believes in advising & telling the client what is right for the client and not what the client wants to hear as whenever a client comes to an advocate he is filled with emotions due to wrong caused to him but lacks knowledge of law & objectivity to deal with the problem or issue he is facing.

He is a believer of old school advocacy wherein advocacy was not a business but a profession that was based on special skills, knowledge & expertise and was practiced as a form of art, which require focused & consistent efforts to be perfected.

Besides old school advocacy, he also believes in Sanskrit shloka “परिवर्तनमेव स्थिरमस्ति” which can be translated as “the only constant is change” hence he tries to adapt as per fast-changing times, changing needs of the clients and changing world of law.

To amalgamate old school advocacy and fast-changing needs of clients & world of law he founded KRONUS LAW ASSOCIATES to provide compendious litigation services under one roof and representation before different courts, tribunals & fora.
